Dear Farmington Junior High Families,

I am so excited to be able to work with and serve the families and students at Farmington Junior High School. Junior High is such an exciting and crucial part of each student’s life. During a student’s time in junior high they learn essential academic, cognitive, organization, and social skills that will benefit them throughout the rest of their lives. These skills come through effort, practice, and repetition on the student’s part and effective instructional practices, support, and kindness from each teacher.

I recently came across a quote that perfectly depicts the importance of education. The quote is from Confucius, and it reads “If your plan is for one year plant rice. If your plan is for ten years plant trees. If your plan is for one hundred years educate children.” The knowledge and the educational experience that students gain during their time here at FJH will positively impact the rest of their lives. We know that this is a tremendous responsibility, and we appreciate the trust you have placed in our educational team to care for and educate your students.

My number one goal is for every student who attends Farmington Junior High to receive a high-quality engaging education. Additionally, students will feel safe, cared for, and respected by the educators at our school and by their fellow students. This type of positive educational environment takes the efforts of all school community constituents. I want nothing but the best educational experience for each of our students and I will do everything I can to work with our school community to ensure that students have a positive and productive experience at FJH.

Please contact me if there is anything I can ever do to help your student feel successful at our school.

I would love to hear from you!
